Dynamic Load Cell.
Data acquired from vehicle accelerometers
is downloaded to our dynamic four-post test
unit, allowing duplication of proving-ground
test parameters.
Quasi-static Load Cell. Product
strength is evaluated in vertical, horizontal
and diagonal load pull tests. |

Testing. |
Our 1,200 square foot Material
Testing Lab, equipped for salt spray,
humidity, weathering, color analysis and
related testing, is certified to the latest
ISO/TS16949 standard.
Tool and fixture certification, prototype, production-part qualification
and other inspections are performed in our 1,500 square foot, ISO/TS16949-certified Dimensional
Measurement Lab using the latest measuring technology. |
